Excellent service, clarity of process, and a high quality product. We are very happy with our Northup XL sauna at our home, and just bought a second one for our cabin. The experience of taking a sauna in ambient light thru the translucent walls is a delightful experience.

There is an unexplainable charm when doing a sauna inside a 180+ degree polycarbonate bubble, where the light inside is perfect during the light hours, or after the sun has set - the romanced feeling you get with being under the stars with the wood burning stove giving you a perfect orange glow.

We absolutely love our NorthUp!! The ability to mix the outdoors and sounds of nature into the whole sauna experience is such a delight. The way the NorthUp is designed allows for all the natural light to come in and really enhance our session. It’s so peaceful and is something we plan to have as a staple in our lifestyle forever.

I've owned my NorthUp sauna for 2 years now and I love it as much as the day I brought it home. I use it frequently (2-4 times/week) and haven't had a single issue with build or quality of materials. I love being able to see outside while using it. Mine is at my lake home so I also love the portability as I'll move it down to the lakeshore in summer. 

I was an original customer for the then brand new NorthUp sauna. The design hit me as both novel, beautiful and affordable. All true. The surprises included fast heat up and to rollicking temps, if desired. The thermal mass is minimal so it gets to temp fast. It is lightweight and can move easily on a utility trailer. Recommend!

The sauna heats up fast and the steam is amazing especially on the upper bench! I love the design. I have an older model but it is still holding up great. I have a sauna rental business and this sauna is a breeze to tow and move around on site to get it positioned.

I love my Northup Sauna. It may have an unconventional design but the Northup delivers a proper sauna experience.
