Aluminum 65mph Trailer
Highway safe lightweight trailer. At only 1000lbs, easily park and maneuver by hand.
Read: What 1000lbs vs 4000lbs actually means for your trailer.
The patented curve
Less wasted air to heat and natural top-to-bottom circulation. This shape is why it reaches 200°F in about 30 minutes.
Ventilation
Circular 4-vent patented ventilation system distributes air evenly. Adjustable to find your perfect steam, air it out after your session, or keep in the heat while you fire it up.
Clear Polycarbonate Shell
Durable, shatterproof architectural-grade material. Less thermal mass than wood, so it heats faster. Direct sun can warm the interior up to 75°F above ambient before the stove is even lit.
Oh, and it allows for natural light everywhere you look.
Triple 6-foot benches
Sit up with friends or stretch out solo. Western red cedar, comfortable at full temperature.
Top bench located at the hottest point in the sauna. Sit where the heat lives.
Door on the short end
Smaller and deliberately placed so rising heat stays in when you step out for a cold plunge.
Seamless vapor barrier
One continuous shell holds heat and steam. Wood saunas have hundreds of joints that expand, contract, and leak over time.
Perfect for Personal or Commercial Use.
Weighing only ~1000 lbs, we've had customers tow this with an F150 or Prius. Move by hand once you're at your location. Compare to average sauna trailers weighing over 4000 lbs.
While this sauna is great for moving from the backyard to the cabin or lake, we've also helped countless companies start a mobile sauna business with our easy-to-move saunas that pack the heat and fit 6-9 people.

Short answer - yes it is safe.
While certain plastics like PVC and acrylic are not rated for sauna temperatures, polycarbonate is meant to be used in high-heat environments and trusted in commercial architecture, healthcare facilities, and medical device manufacturing.
We didn't just take our manufacturer's specs at face value, we hired an independent Certified Industrial Hygienist tested our sauna at 246°F, measuring 74 VOCs against the strictest safety standards in the industry. Every VOC was negligible or non-detectable. Read the full report here.
Additional bonus - the material is shatterproof and virtually unbreakable. We once had a tree fall on a client's sauna and it didn't break!
Electric stoves requires a licensed electrician to install a 220V/40A breaker.
Wood-fired stoves require nothing but seasoned wood.
